Accounts, roles, and sign-in
How organizer and player experiences differ, how sessions work, and where to manage profile, security, and billing.
Organizer vs player
Organizers own the operational truth: they create draws, run scheduling, group saved draws into tournaments, export handouts, and (on Pro) publish events, portal settings, invites, and announcements.
Players (and parents) typically interact through what you publish: a browser portal, notifications you enable, and optional claim flows when you invite them. They do not need the full builder unless you intentionally give them organizer access in your own processes.
Sign-in, sessions, and cookies
Authentication is provided through Supabase-backed sign-in. You stay signed in with secure cookies so you are not constantly re-entering credentials during a long build session.
Use a strong, unique password for your organizer account. If you share a device with others, sign out when finished—especially on club laptops.
Where to manage your account
- Account — profile details and identity basics tied to your login.
- Settings — app preferences that make the workspace behave the way you expect.
- Dashboard → Billing — subscription status, checkout, and customer portal when billing is enabled in your environment.
- Help Center and Contact — self-serve guides and direct support for issues that are not covered in-product.
If you lose access or see suspicious activity
Reset your password through the normal auth flow. If you see draws you did not create, sessions from unknown locations, or invite traffic you cannot explain, contact support with approximate times and screenshots (redact player personal data where possible).
