For clubs & academies
Tennis club tournament software
From the member ladder to the club championship, DrawGen runs the whole event — draws, court times, player communication, and results — in one place.
Club and academy events live or die on organisation: who plays whom, on which court, at what time, and how players find out. DrawGen replaces the spreadsheet-plus-group-chat routine with one workflow that a director or a coach can run without a tech team.
Build the draws, schedule the courts, publish a live portal players can follow, and email participants directly — with the professional, on-brand outputs that make a club event feel run, not improvised.
Everything a club event needs
Draws and scheduling together
Knockout, round-robin, and consolation draws, then a scheduler that spreads matches across your courts and days without clashes.
A live portal for members
Publish a link and QR code so players see their draw, court, time, and results on their phones — fewer 'when do I play?' messages.
Email your participants
Send draw announcements and updates to everyone on file, with unsubscribe handling built in for clean, compliant communication.
Online registration
Share one registration link: players sign up with their account, you set capacity per category, and a waitlist and waivers are handled for you. Entry fees are paid to the club at the desk.
How it works
- 1
Set up the event
Create the categories — singles, doubles, age groups — and open registration if you want players to sign up online.
- 2
Schedule the courts
Lay every match across your courts and days in the Scheduling Studio.
- 3
Communicate and run
Publish the portal, email participants, and post results as they come in.
Frequently asked questions
Is DrawGen suitable for a small club?
Yes. It scales from a Friday-night box league to a multi-day club championship. You can start free and only move to Pro when you want online registration, the live portal and participant emails.
Can multiple people help run the event?
Today, each event is managed from one organizer account. Volunteers helping on site can follow the live portal, which shows draws, match times and results to anyone with the link. Players who register online also find their entries and match times in My Tournaments.
Does it work in French?
Yes. The whole app and player portal are available in English and French, which suits bilingual clubs and Canadian events.
