Refund Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-06. This policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
1. Summary
Paid DrawGen subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You are responsible for canceling before the next billing date if you do not want future charges. Forgetting to cancel, not using the product, choosing the wrong plan, or deciding after renewal that you no longer need the Services does not create a right to a refund or credit, except where required by law or where we expressly agree in writing.
2. Free trials
If a free trial is offered, the trial terms shown at checkout apply. Unless checkout says otherwise, a trial converts into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period and the payment method on file may be charged automatically. Cancel before the trial ends if you do not want to be charged.
Trials are intended to let one organizer account evaluate the Services once. Trial eligibility, length, and availability may change, and a trial does not reset simply because you change plans, create a related workspace, or return after canceling.
3. Subscription renewals
Monthly and other recurring plans bill in advance for the next subscription period. A renewal charge is valid when it is made according to the plan and checkout terms then in effect. We do not treat an accidental renewal caused by a customer forgetting to cancel as our error.
Subscription fees pay for account access and product availability during the billing period. They are not based on how often you log in, how many events you create, whether you publish a draw, or whether your tournament is canceled.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel through the billing tools we provide, such as the Stripe Customer Portal, when billing is enabled. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges after the current paid period, subject to normal payment processor timing. It does not automatically refund charges that already occurred.
If you have trouble accessing the billing portal, contact us promptly at support@drawgen.app. You remain responsible for cancellation until you receive confirmation that the subscription has been canceled.
5. Refunds
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. This includes:
- Renewal charges after a trial or paid period because the subscription was not canceled in time;
- Partial months or unused time remaining in a paid billing period;
- Accounts that were inactive, unused, or used only briefly after purchase;
- Event cancellation, tournament postponement, or a change in your business needs;
- Downgrades or plan changes requested after a charge has already been processed; and
- Charges caused by a customer entering incorrect billing information or using the wrong account.
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit for duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, material service failures caused by us, or other exceptional circumstances. Any discretionary refund does not waive this policy for future charges.
6. How to request billing review
To ask us to review a charge, email support@drawgen.app with the account email, invoice or receipt number if available, the charge date, and a short explanation. We may ask for additional information to verify account ownership and investigate the request.
Contacting support does not pause a subscription unless we confirm cancellation. If you want to stop future charges, cancel through the billing portal or ask support to help you cancel as soon as possible.
7. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you dispute a valid charge with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, we may suspend access while the dispute is investigated and may provide your account, checkout, invoice, cancellation, and usage records to the payment processor or bank. We reserve all rights to collect amounts owed for valid charges.
8. Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, cooling-off, chargeback, or consumer protection right that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction. Where mandatory law conflicts with this policy, that law controls only to the extent of the conflict.
