In-app AI assistant (Pro)
Where AI shows up, how to prompt effectively, why verification still matters, and how data flows to model providers.
Where AI appears
On Pro, in-app AI may be available on the dashboard, builder, scheduling, and live draw-related screens—places where a short suggestion can save you ten minutes of re-reading rules.
The landing chat answers product questions for visitors and may use a lighter context window. Basic and Basic trial do not include in-app AI on real competitive draws—do not expect hidden unlocks.
How to get useful answers
- State constraints first: number of courts, session end time, age division, and whether matches are timed.
- Ask for two options when tradeoffs exist (e.g. tighter intervals vs fewer simultaneous matches).
- Paste specific errors or describe the screen—vague prompts get vague suggestions.
Accuracy, liability, and verification
Models can hallucinate structure or misread nuance in sanctioning rules. You remain responsible for what actually happens on court. Treat AI output as draft reasoning to check against your official documentation.
Never use AI for legal, medical, or safeguarding decisions—those require qualified humans.
Data processing
Prompts and surrounding context may be sent to our AI provider to generate a response. Do not paste secrets, full minors’ medical data, or confidential contracts into chat. For categories and retention, read the Privacy Policy.
