Three plans: start free, remove the export limit with Basic, or run the complete public tournament with Pro.
Free — $0
Build, schedule, edit and save private draws with no card required. Free includes three lifetime exports or prints per account, shared across PDF, PNG, JPEG and Print.
Basic — $19 USD per month
Everything in Free, with unlimited exports and printing. Basic is for private tournament work: build, schedule, record, save, print and export. It does not include public registration, player publishing, messages or in-app AI.
Pro — $49 USD per month
Everything in Basic, plus online registration (entries, waitlists and waivers), the live player portal with share links and QR codes, your public organizer profile, emails and notifications, analytics and in-app AI. Registration is part of Pro, not a separate plan.
Players pay their entry fees to you at the desk. DrawGen does not collect entry fees online.
Upgrade, change or cancel
- Go to Dashboard → Billing and choose Basic or Pro. Stripe handles the payment securely; DrawGen never sees your full card number.
- To update your card, download invoices or cancel, click Manage billing on the same page. It opens the Stripe customer portal.
- When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the month you already paid for, then does not renew.
- All plans are billed monthly. There are no annual plans.
